When it is determined that it's time to downsize or rightsize to accommodate this phase of your or your loved ones lives, Never Move Alone consultants will be with you every step of the way. We work with you and your family to sort through belongings to make decisions about what to keep, what to let go of, what to donate and what to sell. We understand the emotional and physical aspects of either relocating to a new home or "aging in place" and can guide you through every step of the process to make it as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
Move Management
We will develop and coordinate a move plan that is customized to suit your needs. We will manage every aspect of your move from packing assistance, oversight of professional movers and clean outs, to getting you settled into your new home. We will arrange shipping and storage and can unpack your boxes at your new home. Your Never Move Alone consultant will be alongside you and your family every step of the way because it is so much more than a move.
Dispersal of Household Items
Your team at Never Move Alone will facilitate estate sales, lawn sales, auctions, arrange for charitable donations, clean outs and more. We will also handle the sorting , decluttering, and disposal of storage units and spaces in addition to your primary residence. We will coordinate with estate attorneys and executors to assist in dispersals, sales and donations.
